Special Education :

Children with mental retardation and associated disabilities are assessed by the qualified Special Educators in order to find out the current level of functioning in various skill areas such as self help skills, functional academics and concept formation. Accordingly Individualized Educational Programmes are developed for each child. Involvement of parents are encouraged in all stages of implementation of  IEP & other activities.

Vocational Training :

Socio- economic rehabilitation of persons with mental retardation is promoted through services of appropriate vocational training. Vocational training is provided to adult cases in some of the areas like Screen Printing, File making, Book Binding, etc.
