Occupational Therapy Services :
Occupational Therapy unit caters the needs of the persons with mental retardation and associated disabilities. Appropriate therapeutics services such as developing performance component, ADL training, Hand functions improvement, Sensory impairment, cognitive perceptual skill, promoting quality of independent living etc. are provided to children with special needs as per their requirement. Detailed assessment & evaluation, specific intervention plan, effective implementation, parents training programme & demonstration about therapeutic activities and other relevant services are also available for special children.

- Assessment and Management plan & progress report for persons with disabilities.
- Hand function evaluation & training programme.
- Improvement of balance of child.
- Providing Early Intervention facilities.
- Providing facilities for Special Chair, Wheel Chair and walking aids & their modifications.
- Facilities for improving muscle power and endurance of upper limb.
- Providing follow up Programme to parents & attendant for the children.
- Providing home based programme for children who cannot attend our services regularly.
- Proper guidance and counseling to parents about splintage, gaiters and motilities Facilities to increase balance and Coordination.
- Facilities to providing therapeutic programme for prevent or correct the contracture, Tightness and deformities.
